We are an insurance-friendly office and accept most PPO dental benefit plans.
If you have dental benefits, let us contact your dental insurance provider on your behalf and verify your coverage at LOBO DDS.
As a LOBO patient, you won’t need to worry about insurance claims. We file claims for you and directly handle insurance-covered payments.
After reviewing your treatment options, you may request to have an estimate of your payment portion. Any unpaid balance not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility and due within 30 days.
We offer 10% off all treatments over $500 that is paid in full with cash or check at the time of service. This offer is valid for patients who do not have coverage through a contracted dental benefit plan.
We also offer a 10% senior discount with cash or check. All patient payments are due at the time of service.
For any procedures (i.e. crowns, bridges, implant crowns and dentures) that require multiple appointments and/or significant laboratory work, we offer the option of paying a 50% deposit for the patient's portion when treatment is initiated, with payment of the remaining balance due upon completion of treatment.
We offer an interest-free, no deposit, and no annual fee payment plan option with CareCredit. You are responsible for making the minimum monthly payments and paying the balance in full by the indicated date to avoid the contracted finance charges.
